19 month old HEADBUTTING everything

He does it all day every day.
Especially when upset/or he doesn't get his own way. And it's not just little taps, it's proper smashing his head off the floor/walls.
I'm at wits end, he's close to knocking himself out! Constantly covered in bruises because of it too.
Can anyone help??

I've no real advice but my son does the same and has done for months. It's worrying when he does it on the kitchen floor tiles but I try to 'ignore' him doing it on the softer surfaces so he knows he it'll not get a reaction.
