Emotional 2.5 yr old

Basically just after some advice!

Are any of your toddlers emotional? Crying over the slightest thing, all the time? How do you all cope with it?

Yes! My DD cried because the biscuit she was eating broke in her mouth Hmm

I think it's completely normal at this age to have meltdowns over nothing. However I have noticed it is much more likely to happen if she is tired or hungry.

This weekend I really struggled to cope! Just because a melt down happened to be over everything and anything!

At 2.5 he still has an afternoon nap, purely because he is 10x worse if he hasn't had one... but yeah just wanted to see how everyone else copes!
