3 month old screaming in car

I have tried everything apart from trying a different car seat. She is fine in it being wheeled around in a shop, but in the car she screams continuously. I cant figure it out. Could she be feeling sick in the car? Its the only thing i can think...that or the fact she cant see me. I'm starting to not want to go anywhere with her which is bad because i need to go places!

My son is 3 months too and he's started doing this recently

We got one of those mirrors for him and it seems to have helped!

Does your seat still have an infant insert like a wedge near their lower back/bum? My dd got unsettled around this time and removing it helped... BUT she was a big baby so check the guidance provided by your seat manufacturer.
A mirror was also a big help. Instant change!

Gunting...have a mirror, makes no difference!

Blue carrot, no there's insert, just a headrest type thing.

I'm dumbfounded because she'll sit happily in it otherwise, it's just when the car is moving.

She could be sensitive to something such as the vibration of the car, the radio, the sensation of moving forward.
