Breastfeeding lopsided boobs

My son is 6 weeks old and has been breastfed since birth. I also express milk. My boobs are very lopsided. He latches much better on the left and it is a lot bigger than the right. Is there anything I can do to even this out? Will it go back to normal when I finish breastfeeding?

Many BF mothers have a "preferred breast" which ends up a little bigger, (mine is the right) but sounds like yours is more than a little?

The only thing I can think of that might help is trying to improve his latch on the right so he feeds more equally from both. For example if he seems to have any signs of a stiff neck then worth seeing a cranial osteopath or baby physio. You can also try feeding him in rugby hold position on the non preferred side so that he is approaching the nipple from his preferred angle - if that makes sense?

Yes it will go back after BF (IME anyway)

Oh just saw you also express. Expressing more from the non preferred side should in theory even it out a bit.
