19mo tired grumpy all the time!

My 19mo DC2 seems to be going through the most horrible phase ever and maybe it's rose tinted glasses but I'm sure we didn't have this with DC1. Basically she seems tired and grumpy all the time! Tantrums at the slightest thing and all the usual tricks distraction etc don't work, I just usually make a big show of not looking at the tantrum and she will eventually stop, until the next one! She not eating, particularly at dinner time, I'm guessing because she's so shattered, she does have the usual afternoon nap for about an hour and a half to 2 hours so I just don't know what's wrong with her. She just seems to cry and whinge all the time and wants me to constantly be by her side or picking her up. Also she's got consistent bedtime routine and has always went down great and slept through but recently as soon as you put her in cot and leave her she screams, won't go to DH and when she wakes in the night she won't self settle she's crying which is also new!! At end of my tether!!

Thoughts??? Please??? Going crazy!

Big molars coming through? My DD got hers around the age of 2 and regressed horribly for a while. Pain does seem to get them down.
