Hi everyone, this is my first message!! MY little girl Eva is 5 months old. Her last bottle was at 6am this morning and since then she just doesnt want to take another. She's drinking water but just does'nt fancy any milk. Has any one else ever experienced this? Is she just not hungry?? She is otherwise fine, no temprature, and has the same easy going temprament as normal? SHould I be worried or just let her eat when she is ready to eat?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Welcome, but have no real advice for you. Is she teething? Mine would both go off their milk a little if teeth were hurting.

Just wanted to say Hi, DS now 2.4yrs would go off his food if his gums were sore, also when he had an ulcer it put him off his food.

She could just not be hungry as you say.

When babies are developing the physical and mental development is done seperately, and if they are going through a mental development stage they won't need to eat as much as when they are going through a physical development stage - my SIL told me that I was amazed.

Take care

No need to worry - if she is taking other fluid then she will remain hydrated. Perhaps just give your HV a telephone call for reassurance? (unless HV is a mad old bat which some of them are)
