I do secretly like Arya, because I am a massive George R R Martin fan, but don't think I could ever use it due to terrible surname clash that makes it sound like a question barked by a drunk Irishman.

I like it (and Ariadne) but only go for it if you like Ari too as there's a fairly high chance she'll end up with that as a nickname.

yes it's a mamas and papas buggy it was 7 years ago. probably been discontinued. the double aria is one of the smallest twin buggies out there if you care...!

Aria not my style. Arianne is much nicer.

Hmm - fraid I'm not keen. sounds a bit like a mid-priced car for the 35-45 female market. The Vauxhall Aria..
Aliyah
Thalia
Arianne
Ariadne
any good?

No, sorry I don't like it, it sounds mucically a bit pretentious and it's also a product name for a pushchair, a computer shop and on googling is also the Association of Regulated Immigatration Advisors!

Do you particularly want a name with a musical connection? Or a short name beginning with A like Anya or Alys?

You could buy Aria buggies on the M&P website last year. The double is still selling on there.

Sorry, is it actually a name?
