Are you Spanish/Latin American? Even if you are, if you live in the UK it's a bit of a mouthful. Not convinced.

Portuguese husband, live in London. Trust me there are more mouthful names than not, wouldn't be a problem.

Other option could be Davi.

Obviously a foreign name. But Brits seem to struggle with foreign names and foreign languages generally.

I can imagine calling/saying Dionisio or Dino but not so much Davi, not sure why.

We thought about Dion as a nickname but DH wasn't keen. I think it reminds him of a not too nice child from his youth.

I like Dino, but not so keen on Dionisio (that's just my personal preference though)

I also like Davi, but people might pronounce it like Davey.

I've just suddenly realised that Dino is written the same as dino (dinosaur), which I suppose kids might pick up on. I still like it though.

Dionisio is named for the god of wine, isn't it?
The reason I said it's a mouthful is because it's a 5 syllable name. That's quite a lot.

Do they have the Di as a G sound in Portuguese? I know the De is different to Brazilian Portuguese but not sure about Di, if it's not a g sound then perhaps but I prefer Davi as it is a lovely name, but I would add an accent on the í so people know it's a foreign name and then he can avoid being Davey.
