Baby names

Desperately need help, DH and I worlds apart when it comes to names!

As the title says, DH and I have such unbelievably different taste in names that our twins (due january 19) are never going to get a name! We've looked at all of the ONS statistics and I don't like any of the names in the top 100 but also hate the whole old people names thing! On the other hand DH loves all of these vintage style names. We do, however, agree that we don't want anything popular. We already have two DS (Flynn and Dashiell) and a DD (Thea). We know the sex of the twins (one girl and one boy) but we just can't think of any names we love. Can you make any suggestions based on what I've waffled on about above?

Are there any names in your families - parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles etc., either 1st or middle names, that you might like? My family tree was the 1st place I turned to for inspiration, though didn't end up using any of them!

I also love Saskia, Heath, Roman, Cosmo and Astrid. DH also suggested Cosima, don't know if it's a bit frilly though?

You have my utmost sympathy. DH and I don't agree either and we've got less than 2 weeks left. He likes girly frilly flowery names. I like strong names. It's quite likely that this child will never ever be named.

Gwendoline, it's awful isn't it! I know that if it weren't for DH's taste our DC's names would be completely different!

There is a little boy in dgs nursery class called Hector[reminded by Lysander] which is really unusual but not too extreme [there is also a Ptolemy!!].
Girls names are a bit more awkward-I like Miranda and Elsie.
