What's the name of those beautiful dolls you can make - argh you know the ones....

...sorry! I saw a link to a pattern ages ago and made a mental note, but now I've forgotten the name of them. They are the ones with little button noses sewn in to the face fabric... ah I hope someone knows what I mean!!

Really fillyjonk? I was hoping to get my act together & make one for dd's birthday - will it look like an arse? I am widely acknowledged as having sod-all artistic talent, and have no more than basic sewing skills ... does the phrase 'bitten off more than she can chew' describe me??

(Flossieteacake, that website also lists a book for making them - well the catalogue does anyway ...)
