Antenatal tests

Anyone had a recent pregnancy in nottingham - question about antenatal screening

Im currently 9 weeks pregnant with dc3.

I'm 32.

Does anyone know if I'll get a nuchal fold measurement combined with the triple test as standard on the NHS in nottingham at the age of 32?

I don't have a midwives appointment for another 2 weeks (so who knows when my dating scan will end up being!)

Googling etc hasn't been forthcoming and friends locally haven't had babies recently/ were over 35 and seem to think this is the age cut off

Anyone with more recent experience?

Not sure about the triple test but every pregnant lady is being offered the nuchal combined test.
I saw midwife at 11 weeks and they advise scan will be within 2 weeks so don't worry they will get you in. Are you choosing city or queens?

Thank you!
I'd given up on this thread.

I'm going to QMC.... I had my last child there, plus we live quite far out of town and QMC is closer.

I finally saw my midwife on Friday and she reassured me that there's no age limit for the nuchal measurement, so provided they manage to squeeze my scan in before my date cut off (new years day) then hopefully all should be ok.

Am slightly more anxious about this than would normally be as in my first pregnancy, I had a high down's risk. So anticipating another one... Time will tell.

Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy

And thanks again
