Selective Reduction - any experiences?

I'm due to see a consultant regarding selective reduction of a triplet pregnancy - currently pregnant with identical twins and a singleton. I havent made a decision yet, but I'm just wondering if anyone has been through similar and can let me know what to expect at this appointment?
