Just that really.

Have PND. On anti depressants. Started back at work last week part time (teacher). Daughter 8 months. Now counting the minutes til dh back from work, just feel I'm sinking, don't think I can keep going.

rachie (lovely name Grin)

I 100% know how you feel. That heaviness and what feels like a physical weight dragging you down, imaginary Velcro on the bed stopping your get up, it seems endless and utterly shit.

There's no miracle cure, ADs helped me on a fundamental bases to clear the 'fog', getting out of the house, focusing on small tasks rather than drowning in big ones and showering/peeing along while dd was playing (safely!) downstairs helped me massively. It may only be 5 minutes to wash my hair but it seemed like a holiday!

Most importantly, it's not your fault, don't feel guilty. It's natural and it's heartbreaking but it's not forever.

Sorry for the garbled post, I've had a vino and a LOT of memories of this!

Good luck xx

Also, it's great that you're back at work :) it may not seem it now but that could be a big thing towards your recovery.
