.. to have repulsed DH's drunken groping with a toxic fart?

.... though being honest, it wasn't totally intentional. It sort of seeped out while I was half asleep. But it was very effective. Woke us both right up and forced DH over to the edge of the mattress. For a moment I felt like a squid releasing a cloud of ink in an attempt to repel a predator.

Oh dear. It wasn't very dainty of me was it?

I don't think anything that "seeps out" of a bodily orifice could be described as dainty. Your poor DH grin

toolly Mon 31-May-10 23:40:16

no, I have done the same. Very effective weapon and I use it sparingly.

PMSL I don't know if you are being unreasonable or not but you're funny.

mamas12 Mon 31-May-10 23:51:37

Tee hee I love that.
Can you teach us how?

nagoo Mon 31-May-10 23:51:51

I assume that this is not the first if he's your DH. I deeply regret ever having farted in Dh's presence as he took that idea and ran with it.

YANBU -superb!

Lizzylou Tue 01-Jun-10 09:57:30

Aha! So that is the reason for DH's flatulence.

Thought it was just bad timing not a repulsion technique.

RockRose Tue 01-Jun-10 09:58:32

pmsl - brilliant

Not in the slightest bit unreasonable grin

CrankyTwanky Tue 01-Jun-10 10:08:13

I'm proper ROFLing, and the children are confused.

T'weren't too gentlemanly of your DH to grope you while drunk - perfectly entitled to repel boarders, squid-like, if you ask me, dainty or not. Fair play, girl.

TheBride Wed 02-Jun-10 04:25:52

It's not as though you cup-a-guffed him

BuzzingNoise Wed 02-Jun-10 06:16:41

Nothing wrong with a bit of repellant farting now and again, especially if it results in more bedspace.
