I didn't want to hijack Colditz's thread so started my own. I have been in mourning this week, he has been on holiday. My dd knows that she is to be in bed and quiet once the one show starts , my dh rips the piss out of me for fancying him (although he quite likes silly knickers Bleakley). I get so tht she can sit next to him and have his arm nearly around her. I know that he is grumpy but he is also funny in a 'what on earth is he going to say next' sort of way. I have even been known to watch football on the telly because he fronts one show.

Is he the one that looks like he could be the product of Martin Clunes and Shrek?

Seaglass,you are being very unkind. My dd calls him the grey man. Bibbity, yes he was silly (but it leaves me with some hope). My dd knows how much I --get slippery-- admire him and wrote to the BBC to ask them to come in their helicopter to our town. This is unlikely to happen for two reasons, she didn't put a stamp on the letter, BBC as a whole address isn't going to go far and welive in Switzerland so unlikely to be local interest.

He is a nice bloke - DS has met him a few times in the West Brom executive suite (one of our relatives who is a friend of Adrian Chiles is a shareholder & DS sometimes gets invited to lunch there before a game)

I don't think he's very nice. He dumped his wife and 2 kids and ran off with Bleakley. Who promptly dumped him. Hahahaha

The only good thing about him is that he's a West Brom supporter!

They denied it repeatedly but they were seen together on several occasions and her boyfriend broke up with her because of Chiles.
