Seriously, they are horrors and they are only 12, so God knows what they'll be like in a few years. Worse, we have no front garden so we are subjected to a ring side view of their antics - smashing things up, kicking balls off houses/windows. Those of us in the street who have approached the parents have been told to f**k off! We have a big house, but I would be willing to downsize for a house in a different area - never thought I'd say that, but it's been 3 years and things are not getting any better...

Have you complained the your local authority about their bahaviour? they sound like the neighbours from hell!

Is this not what ASBOs are for? Who do you get one off?

The problem with going to the council is it takes a while to get enything done and it could make selling even harder if someone has an ASBO. I feel like selling is our only real option, but we need to finish the house and we don't know if we'd make enough money to live elsewhere!
