What do you suggest? Deaf gran

My nana has had a very catalogue for a while. Up to date with payments etc She is 94 registered blind and hard of hearing ( not registered deaf but can't hear a thing unless you shout and sat next to her) She received a letter from littlewoods saying ring urgently ..obviously bless her she panics. I call them and explain she can't hear etc and could they send a letter or can I speak on her behalf if she gives permission. Or even a email The woman was rude and said is she registered deaf? If she isn't then she isn't deaf.. She will have to ring..I explained again and once again she said she needs to ring..at this point I just hung up .. Any suggestions? Apart from just cancelling the account and saying get stuffed
