I have saved up £15,000 and have paid my mortgage and am not in any debt.

I don't hate my nose, but it could be nicer and slimmer. I would also get cheek implants as I'm less plump as I used to be, I'd also consider a neck lift.

Aibu to do this or am I being vain and shallow. I have a friend who has had a fair bit done and considers it the same as education if you have the means to improve yourself financially then why don't you do it.

Aibu what do you think and who would you recommend to go with. My friend has a good experience with transform

You are not bring vain and shallow. I would say yes to rhinoplasty but I wouldn't go with cheek implants. I would go down the plumping route with fillers.

I had my nose done ages ago - money well spent . I wouldn't go for cheek implants as they seem to make people look very odd.

Nose job, yes, the rest, no. Grow old gracefully and not with a non moving plastic face.

I didn't use one of the cosmetic surgery clinics . I went for a surgeon who is an expert on facial reconstruction after accidents and burns etc .

Sorry I meant cheek fillers not implants I get the two confused.

I don't think you're being vain and shallow, but if you don't hate your nose then I don't see why you would go through surgery. Fillers in your cheeks are a bit different because you don't need a general anaesthetic but a nose job is a big thing that I'd only go for if you're really unhappy.

I've had lip fillers and I love them, did consider a boob job but I didn't go through with it in the end. If you have Facebook search "flawless cosmetic" best around for fillers IMO. (They do cheeks)

Do it, you are not shallow and you have the money but can you have all that done for 15,000?
