Late period primrose evening oil

My period is now late, have experienced the usual cramps, sore breasts, done a preg test its negative. Phew!! The only difference is I've started taking 1000 primrose oil capsules this month, would that delay my period at all? Getting a bit worried now!! Thanks xx

Might do, I think you're only supposed to take it for the first fourteen days.

You can take some dong quai to bring on your period.

Oh really I've not tried that. I thought u could take it everyday? Why's that then xx
