Boris had quite a bit of attention to his latest haircut. So it is not entirely one way.

Also consider that there are many male politicians and celebs who simply do not have that much hair to do anything with.

I can never understand why nobody takes issue with George Osborne's haircut? It's like he cut one of Damon Albarn's cuts out of an old Smash Hits magazine and PVA'd it to his ridiculous head.
