...both DC are still breathing with no significant injuries.

If everything else has gone to pot, AIBU to consider this a win?

All fed. None dead.

Absolutely appropriate as a test for a successful day.

YANBU, I've had the same kind of day.

All fed might be pushing it a bit.

DD1 is fed and in bed, DD2 is 5 weeks (6 weeks prem) and due to wake up for a feed any time now. DH fed although I made him fend for himself

I haven't eaten anything yet today. I struggle to eat when anxious or tired, and I'm both. I should eat, but don't really fancy what we have in.

I've had a difficult day, nothing major has happened, but everything got on top of me, I have high functioning autism and stopped functioning today.

It's been 4 weeks since I posted off my application forms for MA (don't work enough hours for it through my employer). I got my documents back from them 2 weeks ago so chased it up today and they have no record of my claim at all! They still have my MATB1 and my SMP1 somewhere. :(

flop Love the name and the phrase! OP - YANBU, it's a minor triumph after a shite day. I often reflect on a Friday night of how the days all fell apart and my to-do went up Shit Creek but just remember that DS is whole and healthy. Amen.

Make DH fend for you too - he needs to help you stay on top of your basic survival needs (food, drink, sleep and a wee now and then).
TBH - you've done a great job to get to the end of the day and still be posting here with a twinkle of humour - you superstar you...

Definitely a win!
Keep your strength up though - how about some cereal?

People with very young babies should pat themselves on the back at the end of every day. It's hard work. Flowers. Hope tomorrow's a bit better OP.

all fed, none dead, good phrase and quite appropriate for a week where I saved someone else's kid's life TWICE cos they couldn't be fucking arsed to watch it. So I'll take the credit for her kid being alive at the end of that day.

I've got some stuff done today, but as for progress, hmmmmm. I do find it so frustrating not being able to get on, there has to be a better way, but i'm on my own with an extra mountain or two so I will plod on and feel so blessed to have my little bundle of snot and giggles!

Good for you that you can use such a phrase so flippantly
