What would you do? School issues - AIBU??

Really don't think I am. Brief outline is that we have a daughter in reception, newly qualified teacher who has no personality if we are being honest. Not very welcoming or warm to the children and avoids parents at all costs. Had an issue with her in January when another child hit her in class and the teacher called my daughter a liar, only for the learning support assistant to have to correct her as she saw it happen. I put in a complaint to the head and she vanished for a month. Not sure what happened - rumours were flying it was a suspension or she had gone on sick leave with stress but nobody knows. Fast forward to now and me and the other mother have had a few issues, one taking place in the playground ( she approached me as she wasn't happy about me going into the school about her daughter hurting mine a few times ) so the school were well aware of all of this. A few weeks ago it was sports day and they needed volunteers to help set up etc which I did. We were asked to each have a group of 6 kids and make sure they all stayed in pairs on walk to classroom from field and so on. This other little girl was upset she didn't have a partner ( they tend to keep her with teaching assistant now as a few behaviour problems including hitting the other kids a lot ) and when she tried to hold one of the hands in my group I told the girls whose hand she was trying to hold to keep hold of her partners hand as the teacher has said we must stay in our groups. Thought nothing of it until the next day when the other mother put in a complaint about me for upsetting her daughter! Apparently the teacher ( who I had this previous issue with ) told the mum at pick up that I had upset this little girl with the tone I used and that the teaching assistant was upset by it as she had previously told her that " maybe she could hold someone's hand " but I made it clear I was keeping my group together. Head not interested, said no members of staff approached her about it but I think this is number 1 : a lie 2 : a complete breach of data protection surely If anyone had an issue why wouldn't they address it with me? Now they've told the mother she's going mad, told other mums. Absolute mess. What would you do?
