I've been reading online and there's very little information out there about how to get rid of a c-section overhang, and very little success stories of people having got rid of a c-section overhang. I've found myself obsessing over it (I know I shouldn't and that's probably BU, but I don't think it's unreasonable to want to look good in your own skin) and been working out daily and eating a really healthy balanced diet. I was overweight, and I'm now within healthy weight range. My skin has started tightening now and looking less wrinkly, but I'm worried that stupid overhang will never bugger off.
I am keeping faith that I can get rid of it though (google search suggests the only way to get rid of it is surgery, but I really don't want to believe that's the only way). Surely getting lean means no more overhang because there shouldn't be any more fat on the tummy to hang over?
Has anyone successfully lost their apron? :)
