Was the medical lady, at school, unreasonable to DS (10)?

DS had a big falling out with his friend (his friend said he wasn't any good at PE and so he doesn't want him on his team, this made DS upset)... DS found some new friends, but his old friend wasn't happy with that as he was friends with them too. They have a play area at school and there's one of them jungle climbing things - DS was at the top and was playing a game with his new friends, but the other boy shoved him and he fell off the climbing frame. He went to the medical lady and told her what happened, she is the other boy's mum's friend and takes care of the other boy when his mum is at work. When DS told her who the boy was who pushed him, she said that he'll be fine and said that he is a nice boy and didn't mean it. DS then was told to go back off to lunch, but he said that it was still too sore and she said he'll be fine. He went back off to lunch and went back during the afternoon and she said "I'm the medical lady, you're the student, you tripped over and hurt your wrist, I'm telling you it isn't broken, don't you think I know?" He then explained how he fell again and she said "why did you just say something different, I know that boy and he wouldn't just push you" DS then got a bit annoyed at her and said "you're really bad at your job" - I get that was a bad reaction. She then told him to just go back to lesson and stop playing games... He was unable to write for the rest of the afternoon and his teacher even said "oh, I would have sent you to get that X-Rayed, but I suppose the medical lady goes better than me!" I took him when he got home and he has got a green stick fracture... I just think DS was poorly treated and think that because she knew the other boy, it made her treat him different??
