Wibu to start my washing machine?

About 7:30 tomorrow morning?

Containing the school uniform and PE kit I have been asking for all weekend?

Some of this has mad it to the kitchen. Ds was instructed to collect it repeatedly and as he missed my wash, he can wash it himself.

No problem, he has worked the washer for at Least 5 years.

But he threw his uniform onto a very wet towel on the floor. In front of the washer. And it has been there all day. Walked on. Walked past. Totally ignored.

He knows he needs it in the morning!

personally I would just put it on, then punishing him with a sanction. in ds1 case it would be lose of screen time.

Agree I would put on the wash and use another sanction. Do you really want to endure the upset on a Monday morning?

Depends how old he is. If he's young, say up to 12, then I'd wash and sanction. Anything older then it's his problem - he has to learn sometime...

He is 12. He has already lost screen time for being a mouthy little oik!
It's too late to put it on now. I'm not going to be awake for 90 mins...

I've had this with DS (also 12).
I put it on last thing. If he notices in time he has time to dry it, if not he has damp (but clean) kit.
12 year olds are feral

Must be going soft in my old age!

Only two socks have been worn this week.

One blazer (reeks)
One shirt (he owns 6)
One pair of trousers (he owns 3, would like to see 2 in the wash)
Two socks (not a pair, not even close...)
And no pants.

And no 'non uniform' clothes.

Typical week for him.

That's a revolting inventory OP. I'd be chucking him in the washer too. On a boil wash. Ewwwwww

It's a washer. We have a separate dryer.

But I don't like going to sleep while they are running.

There may be jeans/t-shirts... It was probably my fault for suggesting school uniform first. So he wouldn't think to bring anything non-uniform.

Boil wash? I think he needs the garden hose as a pre-wash!

Or maybe the jet-wash at the garage?

Most of his PE kit was with it.

Shorts, rugby top and a black footie sock ((sure I bought a pair, this one is very lonely)

I don't think he has used the polo shirt...
