My asda grocery delivery arrived early than I was expecting this morning, and I was a bit flustered, so when the delivery guy cheerfully announced there were no substitutions I didn't look too carefully at the delivery note. This was a mistake, as they have apparently decided to charge me 3 times the actual cost of items delivered!
I make the total before promos 25.73... they make it 76.78!?!
I've hidden the personal details and my shopping (so you horrible lot can't tell me I'm unreasonable for buying yoghurt or something ;) ...) but the number are clear.
Can anyone work out where they 70+ number comes from? Is this how asda manage to claim to be so 'cheap', by constantly overcharging and hope people don't notice?
(Oh, and the e-voucher I used is a £20 'refund' from last time they screwed up!)
Really fed up. I can't get out to the shops in person (mobility issues), and every 2-3 orders from the supermarket there seems to be a problem. (Previously I've had all my chilled goods mysteriously be 'not in the van', or they've charged me for things I ordered but they didn't deliver, or they've failed to honour their own promotions etc.)

AIBU?
To be annoyed and wonder where they got this number from?
