in telling you Wallpaper Direct are crap!

Ordered plain grey wallpaper for DS's room and got an email a few days later saying 'thanks for your return'

I called them to ask what was happening and they said the wallpaper is discontinued and so they refunded me. Apparently they did send another explaining but that never arrived.

The original wallpaper was only £6.50 a roll and ended up ordering another one for £9.50 a roll (they did give us 10% off) but was still more than I wanted to spend.

So just logged into hot mail and I have ANOTHER refund email, so I'm assuming this one is discontinued too?!

So the next one up is even more money (looking for just plainish grey, that's not too light in colour as for a kids room) and I don't even want to deal with them again but struggling to find an alternative.

I have ordered from Wallpaper Direct before a few times and never had any problems. I think they are great. I understand your frustration though

I used them and thought they were great, but appreciate how frustrating your experience has been! If you're just looking for a grey, is go with lining paper (cheap) and then washable paint. You'll have a wider spectrum of greys to choose from and a washable finish that you can touch up if need be.
