Nick Knowles is just awful and orange.

The questions-you may as well toss a coin.

The contestants don't seem to have much general knowledge either. Confused

I can't stand Nick Knowles so it was never going to be a winner, but I much prefer that lottery quiz he does.

I'm such a loser.

Nothing beats Pointless and the lovely Richard

You can imagine them filming about 100 shows all in one day.

What about Tipping Point what's that like?

The Chase is much better than Pointless if you enjoy a quiz. Loads of questions and no smug jibber-jabber.

I quite like the Chase. I get to sit down for half an hour at 3pm and that's when Perfection is on

I watch the chase and record Pointless so i can fast forward all the talky bits. But tipping point is good as well and Ben Whathisface is good doing it,

Tipping point is better than the pointless programme.

Then Eggheads is better than Tipping point, but The Chase is the best of them all.

I would avoid 1000 things you should know however - utter rubbish

Ooh not heard of that one doctors. Probably a good thing. Grin

I hate Tipping Point, they talk as if the machine is alive and it's not all down to random chance, bloody annoying.

I hate Perfection, it is so slllloooooowwwww, takes ages to ask the questions, loads of waffle inbetween, then sllllooooowwwwwly give the answers, and the questions are really hard!

I like tipping point as I feel like a genius, some of the contestants are so thick. Cant stand Pointless, another sllllllooooooowwwww quiz show, but like the Chase and Eggheads. Quickfire rounds, I like quickfire rounds.

Who Wants to be a millionaire does my head in with its slowness also.

Sparklingbrook · 16/05/2013 17:53

It really is slow isn't it Vodka? Could do with livening up a bit.

I really cant stand it Sparkling, so dull and boring. And I feel sorry for the people who can wait about 20 games for a turn and somebody turns up for the first game and gets to play straight away. It doesnt add to the suspense at all.

I would never win as the questions are too bloody hard. My mother has a masters degree and she was struggling and she is the smartest person I know!

Correction: sparkling it's 1001 Things you Should Know. It is unsurpassed in its banality. I hate Eggheads too, way too smug

1001 Things You Should Know is definitely the worst. Pointless is still the best. I have been on maternity leave for the last 6 months so have given the matter some consideration.

I like Tipping Point but it's never enough of a gamble as they usually have at least a couple of grand in the bank.

Has anyone noticed how much the same questions come up on all the quiz shows? Two questions on Calvin & Hobbes today on TP and Chase.

Love pointless for the lovely Richard. It is slow tho.

Used to watch 15 to 1. Is that still on?

I remember that Owl. Don't think it's still on. I am glad Deal or no Deal seems to have disappeared for now. Just open the boxes already. Angry

HATE deal or no deal. Was in a charity shop once. Deal or no deal book. You chose a box and turned to a page, it told you how much was in the box! Like choose your own adventure but with no thought process. Wtf!

A friend of my parents won approx £16k on Perfection. We had to tape it for them to watch and most of it was pure chance really.
