Yes it's hot, we all know, and he's driving me bonkers talking about it. Every bloody window is open upstairs now he has asked me to open the back door to 'get air flowing'. I'm warm but not boiling. He's making a mountain out of a molehill.

Some people really can't cope with extreme temperatures...either hot or cold and it seems we go from one to the other in the UK with nothing in between.

I keep a fine mist water spray by the side of the bed and it really helps.

DH squirts me liberally when I moan

And yes, I do realise how filthy that sounds Shock

I have to ask I see everyone saying the weather has gone hot, how hot was it today? Was it also muggy? The muggyness bothers me more than plain old hot (which I hate)

It was about 28 degrees where I am, CaliforniaLeaving. I'm in the south east

Keep a cool house by making sure all windows, blinds curtains or shutters are closed all day. Open at night only when it's hot like this. Works wonders.

Oh bless his little cottons ;-)

Poor you having to be stuck in the house with him whingeing all day, I feel for you I really do. My DH's night's sleep, after the initial traumatic hot bedtime, seemed ok and he's gone off to work as normal. The kids are all in foul moods though

Least he had a decent sleep bless him Wink I hope your kids cheer up soon, It is a bit cloudy today so it can go either 1 of 2 ways, It can be cooler or muggy he hasn't decided which Grin

DH moaned a bit about being hot last night and informed me that our proposed nooky was off the table till it was cooler.

I brought the pedestal fan up to our room and demanded my promised sexy time.

Grin

We have a quilt each & the bed is big enough to throw the quilt off without it going on the other person.

Husband slept on the bed last night & I was variously covered/uncovered.

We didn´t disturb each other.
