AIBU?

I have just found out I am pregnant, my last period was just over a month ago, but I cant rememeber how much over.

BFing and withdrawal is not a good form of contraception and I knew this really.

DD1 is 2.8 and DD2 will be 1 next week.

I know we will cope with 3, how we will afford it is another thing, but we will scrape by we always do.

BUT, I have cronic sinistis and have taken a loads of different antibiotics over the last month. 1st amoxiclina 2nd Moxifloxancino and 3rd Cefunoxima and I am also taking a nose sray called nasonex. Yesterday I went to an ENT who gave me Celesemine, but I have only taken one of those.

Does anyone know if any of these drugs are going to hurt the baby?

If they are I think I will some how terminate the pregnancy, as it is so early would I just have to take a pill? 4 years ago I had a baby with triosomy 9 and I can not go through all that pain again. I am only just coming to terms with it now.

I feel sooooo stupid!

Hi I don't think this is really an AIBU ....I am not medical expert but I'd suggest making an appointment with your gp to discuss all you worries and options with them...and best of luck Smile

Thanks Lady Gah Gah, I put it in her as it gets such quick responses.

I have a appointment with the doctor at 11.15.

I am in panic at the moment and I think i just needed some people to calm me down.

Obviously you need to ask your GP, but I had IV antibiotics while pregnant, and then some others, and all was fine. GP told me they were safe for the baby (after I took them, I didn't have any choice at the time or I would have lost the baby)

I think there us a window at the beginning of preg during which the baby doesn't draw from you directly, so depending on how the antibiotics work that is worth bearing in mind.

Thanks that is reassuring.
