I put weed and feed stuff on the lawn yesterday.

And now it's raining.

And I don't have to water it in.

So, AIBU to be pleased that it's raining?

YANBU at all!! Another keen gardener here. Planted up a 20m long border last month on the logic that 'it's March and I won't have to stand there with a hosepipe making sure everything lives'.... hasn't flippin' well rained since!!! (And it's not raining today BTW)

Lucky for you. I washed our patio off yesterday, it took about an hour with the help of DD.
It rained overnight and it is back to the state it was in. I worked out why though, the earth that DD dug over is higher in places than the bricks keeping it in. She will need to sweep or dig it in so it doesn' t happen again.
I want the rain to go away, DD wants to go to the seaside.

Chil - need to put the path weedkiller on but now it's raining I can't.

Going to go with the kids later and get some seedlings and plant up my tubs now it's April!

Thinking of doing some herbs in pots around the bottom of the oil tank instead of the naff wood roll stuff that's there

I need to clean the patio it's all green and stinky too.

And brush the stones.

But oh I love my garden Grin

Kreecher - that's not good with the soil.

I have horse manure being delivered next weekend.

How sad am I that I am like this --> Grin about horse shit???

YANBU I seeded all the bare bits on the lawn last week knowing rain was forecast so I wouldn't need to water it in.
