it has 14 bottles of wine, a bottle of spirits, bin bags, jam doughnuts, pizza and some turkey in it

and that's it

DP and me are sniggering at the thought of what it says about us

Lmao they'll probably just assume you're having a party.

Might get a raised eyebrow from the delivery person though Grin

I was judged today I bet. A weeks worth of freezer food and ready meals, a massive crate of coke (for dp) and 8 multipacks of crisps (for a party).
I usually cook from scratch but am staging a protest this week and cooking crappy freezer food after the dc constantly whine and whinge after I cook.
I was a bit Blush when he handed over the ready meals.

I was in the sm just before Christmas, on a couple of occaisions, purely to take advantage of the drink offers, to stock up.
1st time, I had 4 cases of beer/cider and a sandwich in the trolley (hadn't eaten all day, xmas shopping etc)
2nd time I had 16 bottles of wine, a box of chocolates and a family size bottle of Gaviscon and as ready meal.
Now I normally go months without bumping into anyone in there. saw half a dozen people I know, and one woman, on both trips.
I swear they were all surreptiously weighing up the contents of my trolley Smile

You know the part where you can type a note for the picker? I've always wanted to order a crate of Fruit Shoots and type "Oh shut up judgey pants" Grin

My neighbour put a Drinkaware flyer in my recycling bin [anger]

Either that or it was the recycling man himself Blush

Tatty!! No way!! There wouldn't be room for a flyer in my bottle recycling Blush

comewhine - that was me this week. Fully fed up of slaving over scratch dinners that the children won't eat. Went to Sainsbos and bought oven food to do veg with. Ridiculous how guilty I felt for buying ready made beef pies.

Love the idea of a sad wine rack. Are the empty slots making up a sad mouth shape?

OMG Tatty Shock

I'd be fuming unless it was a neighbour I knew and they were just having a laugh.

You should have seen the cashier's face last Christmas when my husband and I did our final shop for last minutes bits before setting off driving to the in-laws on the continent. Several pints of double cream for MiL as you can't get them where they live and she freezes them and two packs of twelve condoms for us cos they were on special... Wink

What is it with Fruit Shoots?!?!?!?! I've never heard anyone in real life saying any thing negative about them.

My favourite found shopping list:

Shampoo
Concealer
Magazines
Chocolate
Tampax

Greasy hair and spots? Feel like slobbing out with a copy of Grazia and some Dairy Milk? Time of the month perhaps?

Monkey/Mutz - I think it's party just an MN thing but honestly, have you read the contents? It's not a drink it's a chemical combo!! Although I believe they have 2 different 'types' now so may not be as bad as they used to be - haven't looked in ages.

I wouldn't 'flip my lid' though if they were given the one by someone else, I just don't buy them.
