Arghhhhhh. Sorry in advance for the probably incoherant rant, I'm just so upset.
And SO SO SO SO angry. I ordered a delivery from them for one of my daughters christmas presents on Dec 16 and I still haven't had the package even collected. I can't get through to them despite trying countless numbers of times on their supposedly live help page, where incidentally I've been waiting now for over 1 hour. I've just been hanging on the 'customer service' telephone line for 45 mins at, lets face it, vast expense on a premium number and I've just had to give up as my children need attention and dinner. I am so, so SO upset and angry that my daughter's christmas present hasn't even arrived yet due to their bloody incompetence. I understand the snow affected things. I gave up expecting it to be here by christmas day. But I DO expect people to answer the phone/ live 'chats' and emails rather than ignoring the 4+ hours of time I spent on the phone, internet and emails, and I expect them to SORT IT OUT and tell me when my daughter can expect her present to arrive.
I feel like crying when I think of my phone bill next month
