COMPETITION. I accept there is built in competition in nature. But we humans also have a non-competive side. A kind side

Otherwise we would all be like Simon Cowell and Sir Alan Sugar. (No one calls him sweety pie.) cheers

I am so non-competitive it's unbelievable. It used to drive my ex insane Grin

Might come from being rubbish at everything and knowing I'll never win anything Wink

I'm non-competitve most of the time (unless I know I can win Wink ).

Its very satisfying when I see a competitive person realise that they are the only person in the 'race'. :)

COMPETATIVE NATURE. Not all competition is unkind, if there wasn't any argy bargy to come first we wouldn't have warmth/computers/food.

Otherwise we would all still be living in shit and dying of horrible diseases. Cheers.

Yes, Mayor, but are you competitive or a sofa
bunny?

I have no idea what a sofa bunny is.

You will have gathered that I listen to a lot of radio, national and local.

As a fan of the BBC, I would say 5-live is their most competitive station

But they do deal with SPORT, so thats understandable...exhibtion sport is not a big drawer. (Though the Harlem Globetrotters
made a few bob.

I am pleased to note some of the 5-live broadcasters do not join in the mad dash. They do it their way' which is good.

I once went on a phone in with the late Jeremy Beadle. He was trying to coach me on
up-tempo radio speiling. But he did not tip my vehicle in the Thames

I am utterly non-competitive. I always rejoice in the success of my peers and friends, never jealous of them. I never wanted to be at the top of the pack, just to do my personal best.

DW is the opposite. She is uber-competitive and will only approach an activity if she knows she has a chance of being number one. Guess which one of us is chilled out and which one is always stressed?

OP, YANBU.
