DS has been wheat free for a week now with amazing results, his poo is 'normal' and he's a much happier child!
I've come to the conclusion that wheat seems to be 'hidden' in some foods and also that there are some things that are derived from wheat ie dextrose.
I'd be grateful if anyone new of hidden foods or somewhere where I can find a list of them they could post here and let me know.
DS has had diarrhoea today and whilst I realise that children do get it anyway I'm convinced he's eaten something he shouldn't have.
It appears diarymilk has something in it as it is listed on the cadbury website as not suitable for wheat or gluten free diets
Thank you.
