Saw it advertised at a local spa and ad says it's great for alleviating hayfever symptoms. Does anyone have any experience of having it done?

Grin Beconase and anti-histamines are not cutting it! I will stick some vaseline up there too.

The GP can prescribe a stronger nasal spray .

Steaming helps .

I will need to go to GP. The hayfever season just seems to be getting longer and longer - i'm pretty much just miserable now from May until September. Grrrrr. Thanks Dame. Flowers
