Could be, although could also be a coincidence. happens to all the milk intols in this family. Did ti stop immediately after the milk was stopped? If so, worth seeing GP, or trying again in a week (sometimes can be a very temporary thing)

The only way you will know will be to try it again next week and see if the same thing happens, but I would have thought a milk intolerance would have showed itself up before now if he is having milk on his cereal.

poppies sometimes an intolerance needs a certain amount to trigger.... ds3 could have a bit on cereal but a drink would cause real suffering. I an have skimmed milk in tea (I have casein intol and its reduced in skimmed) but nothing more, and only a cup a day.

ah obviously different for different people then. DS1 was dairy intolerant and only a small amount would cause him problems.
