I'm mildly intolerant to soya and wheat - possibly other grains, too. I'm ok AFAIK with tiny amounts, but a full serving of any of them gives me cramps and dreadful bloating and wind.
But if I swallow a few capsules of charcoal with the food, then I do not seem to react. No cramps, no bloating, no wind (well, minimal bloating and wind).
So does that mean its OK for me to consume soya and grains, as long as I also take charcoal, or could they still be doing some other, less obvious harm to me?

Allergies and intolerances
Found something that allows me to eat foods to which I'm intolerant. Not sure, is this a bad idea?
