Just finished my bedroom.

Mutual exchanged for this house last year and my bedroom had no flooring down, just rough planks, constant splinters in my feet 😂 No curtains, it was grey and red previously, just didn't feel like my own space at all.

But finally finished my room and I love it so much.

Gorgeous! Have a similar colour theme here but nowhere near as spacious and the wooden floors really add something. Well done you!

So by ‘rough planks’ do you mean floorboards? I like original floorboards but in bedrooms as something softer underfoot much better

Yes but they weren't in a good condition at all and replaced with flat boarding in large sections. Not feasible to be restored on my budget anyways

Amazon! It's very thin, more of a mat than a rug in all fairness but it's machine washable apparently. Came folded up in a box.

Thankyou. The bed is 2nd hand and repainted, £80. The wardrobes are 2nd hand and repainted, £60 each.

Both mirrors from FB market place.
The dresser, bedside table and stool were £80 for all 3 and repainted.

Only new furniture is the 2 malm drawers as I had a gift card for there.

It's actually very bright when the sun comes out, which hasn't be often so far but I think in summer it will be lovely.

I am quite dark and gloomy though! My husband would probably say it fits my personality perfectly 😂
