Looking for some inspiration for something a bit different!
We were served these parsnips in a restaurant once and have become a family fave...
Toast some hazelnuts and roughly chop, put in an oven proof dish, add some chopped sage leaves, peeled and sliced parsnips, cover in double cream, salt and pepper. Cover and bake until parsnips ar cooked, take off cover 10 mins before end of cooking to brown top.
Utterly gorgeous and lovely with a roast.
