Christmas

is it bad not to get DH a big present?

So he has got a couple of games/DVDs/ and a CD that I know he wants

I will take DT shopping so they can buy him something each

I have no ideas of a main present - DH always spoils me so I feel bad that this year I'm not getting him much

Any ideas?

He's really picky what he likes (doesn't read/wear a watch or cufflinks)

and over the years I have adopted him a tiger/lots of experiences etc

Maybe just an IOU for a hotel away if someone will have the DC?

Would he appreciate tickets for an event, music, sport, theatre? I hate buying 'stuff' for the sake if it. It just ends up as clutter.

Actually that's what we are doing this year. No presents to each other just a night in a lovely hotel with dinner.

tickets would be a good idea if there was something next year he wanted to see.

maybe a promise of a night out?

superbagpuss, get yourself on the Ticketmaster website to see what's on next year, and look at local venues websites for shows and gigs.

Night in a hotel is a fab present.
