Yeah, only June but some people like to get ahead... Their choice..

Op, boys are so hard, girls much easier . At that age, ds would have still enjoyed a comic. Nearer Christmas shops like homestore, pound stretcher etc might have little puzzles - metal or wood mazey type things. if he has a computer, rewrite able disks or disk holders. Cheap books or DVDs. Novelty boxers. Take a look at Hawkins bazaar, I think they're quite expensive but have a dd who is easy to buy cheap stocking fillers for so it balances out

How about a cheap mine craft t shirt from eBay? I got my ds one last year and he LIVES in it.

If not mine craft then how about a plastic dog turd? I know I know. Hours of fun with it. Plus, we go weeks forgetting about it and then it pops up somewhere! The poor dog Grin

I went onto dotcomgiftshop and got my son a load of very very cheap practical jokes.

My son loves all sorts of stationery things, pens, paper, staplers, etc., any good?

Also, consider Rubik's cubes...all varieties, like the 2x2 is quite fun.

Ds1 will be 10 this year. Stuff he usually likes in his stocking are:

  • chocolate coins
  • pencils and notepads (he's always writing something or other!)
  • one of them novelty magic flannel things that are tiny then go huge in the bath Grin
  • a dvd (just about squeezes in there)
he'd love joke things too so might have to steal that idea for this year!
