DD1 got a playmobil princess, which she was ridiculously excited about.

DD2 got the playmobil tree with 2 squirrels! She was a bit non-plussed, so the squirrels have now been joined by Peppa Pig and George to keep them company. I deliberately fiddled with the calendar so she gets santa tomorrow!

That's a good idea, I'm not sure DS is going to be thrilled by some letters for his postbox in his sparse cardboard diorama!

Playmobil post office calendar here. Today a post box. Ds placed it next to the footsteps in the snow on the calendar backdrop. According to ds the footsteps in the snow are Santa's.

Hello all, sorry late posting today, as I've been away overight with Norman the Foreman! .

Today I had some sweets (0 points) and ds had a gingerbread house (1 point). In the Playmo one he had a crown and scroll of paper for the kingy person.

Ds got a blue glump moshling with a snowy head, very excited about the snowy head!
Dd got a white tiny basket. Disappointing, but choc got her over it

Your Ds got a blue glump moshling with a snowy head? you can get blue glumps by moshling? That sounds painful. (yes, I have no inkling of what you're on about! )

We got letters today. Ds posted them in the post box and then spent a considerable amount of time trying to retrieve them out of the post box.

Playmobil PO people - we had a post box on the first day but it doesn't open- did yours?? If so, where and how??!!

Post box definitely doesn't open. Ds won't be putting the letters back in now he managed to get them out, it took him ages.

We had a Playmo PO last year - but can't remember about the letters. Really, Norman the foreman was just so pleased to get a Christmas tree, we did't care too much about posting letters........

I have looked it up, it says you can open the post box by pushing at either side, downwards.

I'm not looking at one, so I can't say if this is true?

I'll go and find our post box later and investigate....

Today ds had a rocking horse (1 point) and I had a tree, but it wasn't a Christmas tree, it was a sort of ornamental lemon tree in a pot. Ds allowed me one point, as I had guessed tree for today but had intended it to be a Christmas tree.....

In the Playmo calendar we had a golden cloak for the kingy person.

The postbox does open, it is like a drawer so you just push the middle of teh postbox through.

Ah yes, I remember now, it pushes open! Norman is thinking about putting his Christmas tree up outside his portakabin soon. Maybe we could get the postbox out too, so he can post his Christmas cards!

Hello! Oliver the archaeologist now has an Indiana Jones hat, some binoculars, a map and a GPS. DS is EXTREMELY pleased with him.

Princess Christabelle has a crown and a fan and today she got a dressing table - she also spent the night in Oliver's cardboard tent - not sure what her prince will have to say about that when he turns up!

Today ds had a toy car (no points) and I had some teddy bears (1 point). Shame the teddy bears couldn't have waited until tomorrow though, as I had guessed them for then!

In the Playmo one we had an owl on a stand. Norman has been having a conversation with it...
