There are handbag organisers in Primark that are cheap. The eBay ones are slightly better though.

BeaWheesht Wed 14-Nov-12 23:04:01

Thanks zipzap smile

Lush77 Wed 14-Nov-12 21:57:19

Hi, would be grateful if anyone has any promotional codes for either mothercare or early learning centre?

zipzap Wed 14-Nov-12 21:10:51

BeaWheeSht - and depending on whether or not getting an organised handbag is for you as opposed to a) anyone else and b) wanting something to shift between different bags, I've bought myself a really nice handbag that is all organised on the inside...

It's this one: the Grace from MiaTui

I like it because whilst it's first and foremost a nice handbag, they've also thought about the inside of the bag as much as the outside... So, the lining is waterproof, there are lots of pockets on the inside of assorted sizes (to hold pens, phone, key clip, mini organiser bags) plus a bottle holder that's made of neoprene so it will keep a drink for me or kids (or baby bottle if you're at that stage) cool or warm for longer. Plus it came with a cute little matching clutch bag that you can stick your important bits in, say, if you want to switch them to another bag or use as a make up bag. I also bought from them a set of clear inset bags to use in the pockets in the main bag - planning on using one for make up and the other for instant play kit for 2 dc (2x cars, mini colouring book, mini colouring pens, box of raisins)

And all for the bargain sum of £45 (or a bit cheaper for a couple of colours)

zipzap Wed 14-Nov-12 21:00:38

BeeWheeSht it was me that posted about the handbag organisers.

I've ordered a couple from ebay so hopefully they will come soon - I was going to do eeny meeny miney mo on the cheap ones and keep my fingers crossed, but a MNetter said that she had ordered hers from 'onestoreonline2009' and the quality had been absolutely fine so I went with that one, especially as they were one of the cheapest!

I've ordered these two:
smaller £2.09
bit bigger £2.57

They have sold thousands of items and still have 98.9% positive feedback, so figured they were worth a punt, some of the others only had sold a few hundred things, if that.

There were others that were more expensive from people based in the UK if you need them more quickly - these are supposed to take up to 3 weeks as they are free postage from Hong Kong.

I wanted to give several as christmas presents, which is why I wanted to check they were ok, fingers crossed the timing is such that I will get the ones I ordered soon so will be able to order the others in time! (thank goodness that schools are breaking up so late this year so there's extra time for the second lot to arrive!)

SayHelloToMyLittleFriend Wed 14-Nov-12 20:47:08

Just wondered if anyone who used the body shop discount code has had to return anything? I want to return 2 of my gift sets but I'm not sure how that will work as I used a £20 off £40 code.

Kidkraft Train Set 50% off

Ends in five hours

reastie Wed 14-Nov-12 18:17:33

pants if you were returning it as you changed your mind then I'd say you should probably expect to pay postage costs but if it was damaged as it was, then I'd think they should cover that. Have you asked them? Give them a call before you return it incase they have a special freepost code or can send you a prepaid sticker or some such to save you postage costs of returning, they may do that instead of refunding return postage costs.

Am in the process of updating the initial codes bit ready for new thread, please forgive me if the next one isn't quite so thorough hmm

All Harrods BOGOF items

Free delivery ends tonight.

does anyone know if Zulily ever refund postage costs to return an item. I ordered a cupcake tray with carry case (oh the hedonistic lifestyle that implies grin) and it's come broken. It says on their website that I have to pay to return it but I didn't break it and I'm not even sure it broke in transit as there aren't any bits in the bag it came in and it was well wrapped. And, they want it returned via trackable mail which will cost nearly as much as the item .It doesn't mention on the site if I get to ask for a replacement or just a refund. If I have to pay to return something, and end up £8 pounds down without even a frikking cupcake carrier that seems off.

however... 17 yr old into gaming and no outside interests... budget £15....help me please (is there a keep calm and carry on gaming mug??)
