Which companies publish their parental leave policies?

Since launching our Publish Parental Leave campaign in 2019, we've been analysing FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE350 organisations to see which companies have published their policies, and we have been writing to those who don't to encourage them to do so.

We first launched our #PublishParentalLeave campaign in 2019 in response to concerns from users that asking about maternity policies at interview would jeopardise their chances of a job offer. At the time, fewer than a quarter (23) of the FTSE100 published their policies.

Since then, we’ve been campaigning hard and have written to all the organisations in the FTSE100, FTSE250 and the FTSE350 who have not published their parental leave policies. As a result, many big names have published their policies, including Hiscox, Sainsbury’s, Landsec, Standard Life , and most recently Tesco’s. And our most recent analysis of the FTSE100 found that 43 organisations are now publishing the relevant information - a marked improvement on 2019 but we still have a way to go!

We will continue to update this list as companies publish their parental leave policies.
