According to pictures released today hes been having his fun too. Whether thats the case or not im willing to bet he will not get vilified as much as she does.

Not sure whether your theory's right carer, although it might be (re. no sex), but we just don't know. I imagine we'll find out in the fullness of time simply because she will probably talk about it via the media.
He will not get a villified as much as she does because she's very much high profile and he says practically nothing, so in a way she's leaving herself open to criticism. Whether it's deserved or not will be irrelevant.
