Is this OK for a Sept Italian Wedding? The dress code is glamorous?
A hat? Fascinator or no head wear?
Gold bag? I have gold shoes and gold accessories.
Or a completely different outfit?
I’m running out of time so advice would be great.
Thank you

The dress looks nice, no fascinator or hat for an Italian wedding. What type of venue is it?

Thank you.
It’s a 3 day affair. This dress is for the actual wedding day - the celebration starts at 5pm and dress code is glamorous xx

The dress is lovely but not glamorous.

EmmaGrundyForPM · 02/09/2024 20:15

I think it's a lovely dress but it doesn't fit the bill for a glamorous Italian wedding

55yearsandstilldontgetit · 02/09/2024 20:39

I think that too

is this too casual?

Looks lovely but maybe bit more for an English wedding. In my experience Italians dress quite tailored/ smart at weddings, they know how to dress.😍 Heels, jackets etc no hats/ headwear

XiCi · 02/09/2024 22:38

The dress looks nice on you but I don't think it fits the bill for glamorous wedding guest. I love the first 3 dresses MsBubbles85 linked to.

mitogoshi · 02/09/2024 22:40

The Italian weddings I've been to were a complete mix but not many full length dresses, bit smarter than the average British wedding though. It might be regional though.

It’s a British couple getting married - so that may make a difference 🤔

Me+Em have got some lovely dresses in their sale at the moment, esp if you want a slightly more understated glamour

The me+em dresses are lovely! I had forgotten about that brand, don't know how as I love it. 😅

I think the John Lewis dresses linked fit the bill. The rest whilst lovely aren’t glamorous. Including OP’s

GoingWithTheWasp · 03/09/2024 13:39

The John Lewis dresses are gorgeous and perfect for a glamorous wedding

55yearsandstilldontgetit · 03/09/2024 19:14

I love this x
