No, that wouldn't be him. But he could maybe get rid of the jacket and tie and roll up his shirt sleeves.

I reckon if there are 6 million viewers another one will be commissioned. Bloody hope so!

I loved him chatting with his dad about '87 and the shed roof . I think we've all got a story like that about ''87! (those of us who are old enough that is). Our shed was ok but next-door's totally vanished!

I love that all the guest stars are recognisable so we spend ages saying "Oh it's so and so, what have I seen him in?" I imagine big queues at the auditions "filmed on location in the Caribbean you say?, Hmm, I think I might be free after all"

Ben Miller is ok but the others are so wooden it is unbelievable. I think they held auditions and sent away anyone who could act and Camille is the worst of all! I've seen better acting in school plays.

She is much too gorgeous for him really - but maybe he'll wear jeans, and laugh, in the last episode....which will transform him...

It really is that dreadful it's good - I spent several episodes trying to decide if it was a spoof!

Well what do we think? Are they going to get it together or not? I quite like the will they won't they feel of it.

I do this as well. I don't want to spoil it by guessing so just disengage brain. I'm watching spooks on love film at the moment and do the same with that too.

Really enjoyed this weeks. I agree with Dreams I want them to get together.

I rarely work out who the killer is, but that's because I switch of my brain and want to be entertained, so I don't actually try and work it out.

The characters are all great though.

Still watching as I like all the characters, but I wish it was a bit harder to work out who the killer is every week!

Love this too. I've hopefully taped it so can watch in this evening. I also liked the Ladies detective series but they don't seem to be doing any more of those.
