Right, getting my finger out.
As per the last time we talked about this I am up for organising the next south west meet up, i think we were gonna try one more east than the last Exeter one for this time..
i have a free venue in swindon, accessible from the M4 with free parking, not in town centre, so farther from train station, but can arrange pick up / lift from station.
are most people on half term 16th onwards? do you want that week? or wait till they are back at school? would have enough room for kids there too...
which day is best? (I can't do Weds unless it is Wed 20th Feb)
Do you want lunch? (I am happy to do a big pot of veggie chilli and rice)
OMG Thay sounds wonderful <wonders if can drag kids there from London>

Sounds great. I wouldn't bring my two so wouldn't matter if it was halfterm or not as Dh have to take time off anyway. Can't do Tuesdays but any other time fine.

I'm in. As long as i'm not working. DD probably won't come.
oooh I think that is a weee bit too far to expect ds to last on the train that length of time tbh x I will make it to the next one

I might have to take a sicky! Mine are on half term from today, but it would be easier if they are at school. Mon, Tues or Fri would be best.

Yes, am looking forward to another meet up
I can't do Wednesdays until after Easter (ds doing Alert programme) I usually work Mondays and Tuesdays but could take time off, would prefer a Thursday or Friday...
Me too, me too!!!!
<just a little over excited, I'll go away to calm down and come back later>
Ok, back again. I would love to come, I would have ds - would that be ok? The only date I definitely can't do is Feb 27th.

I can't really do Wed or Thurs, as I do reading to the dog, (don't ask) so can't really miss those days as both DC and man with dog would be inconvenienced. I work each day, but Mon, Tues or Fri would be easier to miss.

Oh lord I'd forgotten it was half term. How big is the hall sign? (Multiple outlandish plans circling in rather befuddled head).
Wish I could come its too far for me though.

Right.... it seems like a friday is best option... is friday the 22nd an option for most people?
I will check out what bookings there are at the church, but usually quiet daytimes week days, so we could hopefully have the big main room, which has room for leaping/running/spinning/flapping etc
there should also be a smaller room free for 'chill out' space as well, and one of the kitchens, (either the small one just for tea / coffee or the big one and I will do chilli and rice and salad for anyone who wants..
so I guess the question is;
who can come on that day? how about if we said 11 - 2?
who would need collection from the station?
who wants lunch?
I will check and provisionally book on Tuesday when the admin lady is back in..
oooo, now very excited!. (esp as ds is school does half day fridays, so he can come and see you all for a 'visit' ... he may not last too long, as he is knackered by then)

Excellent, very excited
As soon as you've confirmed I'll get dp to take afternoon off work so I don't have to rush home. Ds will be at school so can help out if others have an entourage <looks at zzzzz>
Taggie the beauty of an MNSN meet up is that all that superficial stuff doesn't matter.

Well obviously we are all massively glam!
First meet up my feet were swollen like baloons and the washing machine had been broken for a week. I'd like to blame my outfit on that but truth is I live in crocs, fleece and jeans, and the only other outfit I own is my "funeral" stuff.
