Cinnamon popcorn. Make popcorn as per instructions. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm so that the sugar melts and the cinnamon coats all the popcorn.
Cinnamon french toast. Make the french toast as per normal but add a bit of cinnamon and sugar to the egg mix. Once cooked coat in cinnamon sugar and serve drenched in maple syprup.
I make the cinnamon sugar with one teaspoon of cinnamon to one tablespoon of sugar.

Oooh, Purple do they come out like Swedish bulle ( swedish cinnamon rolls)?
I loved these when I stayed in Sweden as an exchange student, I could make the dough in the bread maker and finish by hand, off to explore, thank you
No idea, I've never had the swedish ones! Nice and not too sweet, though

these are gorgeous - similar to the bread dough ones but with puff pastry
Swedish ones have cardamom infused milk in the dough. But the same idea!
For chelsea buns add some sultanas soaked in a little orange juice.
Take a sheet of puff pastry, cut into long triangles, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, place a slice of apple at the point and roll up. Bake. Apple cinnamon bites.

In Morocco we were served sliced juicy oranges sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Was really lovely and refreshing. I also do an approximation of kheer rice pudding with cardamom, cinnamon, rose water and almonds. Sometimes make with rice or almond milk..

Cinnamon apple crumble.
Stew apples with tsp cinnamon, tsp of vanilla essence and some OJ (just enough to stop them sticking.
Make crumble with cup of oats, cup of flour, cup of ground almonds, cup of brown sugar, cup of soft butter, tsp of cinnamon and tsp of vanilla essence again. Bake for 20 mins. Gorgeous. The best.

bigTillymint - cinnamon toast is even better if you put it under the grill afterwards so the sugar caramelises.
Also is delicious if you slice apple thinly and put on the buttered toast and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top before putting under the grill. Granny Smiths work well
Sure, here it goes:
170 gr butter (soft)
140 gr sugar
2 eggs
175 ml sour cream
230 gr self raising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
200gr blueberries
pre heat oven at 180 C (can't remember which gas mark it is, 4, maybe?)
beat butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in the eggs. Add the sour cream and then sift in the flour + cinnamon. Add the blueberries.
Pour into a plum-cake tin lined with baking paper.
Cook for 1 hr and 10 mins.
